Most of our spuds come from Lincolnshire — the soil there just hits different. We work with a local partner who brings them to Northamptonshire, preps, peels, chops, and delivers them to us fresh. They’ve been part of our journey from the start and helped shape what we serve now.

We’ll always aim to use fresh-cut chips wherever we can — they’re our gold standard. But depending on how busy things get (fingers crossed), there may be rare occasions where we use a high-quality alternative. Still banging. Still built to carry big flavour.

No shortcuts. Just proper chips, prepped with love, ready to be loaded.
